Candidate requirements for both roles include:

> Continuous Integration and testing environments
> Solid and proven self motivation under pressure.
Candidates for development roles should have:
> Full life cycle solid java development experience.
> An ongoing attention to detail especially under pressure.
> Strong Confidence in the Eclipse IDE development environment.
> A capacity to interpret and adapt evolving designs through to delivery and subsequent evolutions
> Solid understanding of ant and other build tools.
Extremely nice to have
> Eclipse plug-in and RCP development experience
> Mobile java market and development of mobile applications.
> SQL/ MYSQL / Tomcat / CVS /
- You will need to be a self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a small team as Metaflow has high growth potential alongside changing priorities and aggressive growth goals.
