Charles McLeod - Chief Executive Officer

Charles gained a degree in Law and spent 14 years in sales and business development for internet and telecoms companies such as Ericsson, Nortel, elata and Tira Wireless before co-founding Metaflow in 2006. Charles brings a wealth of sales, marketing and legal experience to the team.

Mike Roberts - Chief Technical Officer

Mike has spent the past 10 years in fixed and wireless technology companies, including four years as lead solutions architect at elata in a global role as well as holding a number of senior roles at Apium and recently providing mobile consultancy services before joining Metaflow. Mike is instrumental in running the technical team, technical strategy and bringing sales opportunities to life with our customers.

Paul Chapman - Chief of Engineering
|
Co-founder of elata, Paul spent nine years as its principal engineer and architect before the firm was acquired by Qualcomm in November 2005. Prior to elata, Paul worked for several games companies and has extensive development experience in mobile entertainment and mobile software solutions. As Metaflow's lead architect, Paul is instrumental in developing and delivering everything core to Metaflow which realizes our customers requirements.

Simon Johnson - Head of Development
|
Simon is an extremely accomplished and experienced development leader, with an honours degree in Computer Science. His previous roles at elata and Qualcomm and numerous successful R&D start-up companies, have given him a great breadth of knowledge and professionalism that allows Metaflow to deliver time and time again. Simon is a key member of the Metaflow management team.

Andy Carvell - Technical Product Manager

Andy joins us from Infospace where he spent five years in key roles from deployment management to full development lifecycle management of a number of successful mobile titles. Before that he worked for Nokia. Responsible for operator, service provider and publisher technical and product marketing, Andy brings a wealth of experience from the publisher and gaming side of the business to Metaflow.

Barry Chapman - Head of Finance

Barry joins Metaflow from large accounting firm PrinceCroft Willis and brings with him years of accounting experience working for large international companies. |
Gavin Freed - Non-Executive Director
|
Former CEO of elata, Gavin has recently joined Paragon ITE as chief executive, having been managing director at Civica for the previous 3 years. Gavin is a fully qualified chartered accountant and has worked for many leading companies in senior positions including PriceWaterHouse and IBM. |
