Metaflow Submissions

Package assets in bulk in the shortest possible time according to each target channel's released devices - enabling channels to be targeted within minutes rather than hours or days. It intelligently maximises handset coverage on each channel by comparing available gaming content and the latest devices at each sales channel (updated by the community of all publishers and mobile operators). File-naming, MIDlet attributes-matching, merging and inserting across one, multiple or all binaries are automatic and based on actual operator submissions requirements. Metaflow also creates the required single or multi-SKUs inside folders named correctly as per each individual operator or channel.

Following device filtering and packaging for channels, the submissions element prompts the user to provide the correct marketing meta data and images (often dynamic based on assets being delivered as with Vodafone UK). These can then be automatically cascaded and copied into a channel-specific delivery - saving huge amounts of time. Global properties within Metaflow cascade down to each submissions channel for reuse making submissions fast and simple. Metaflow will also prompt the user if a tweak is required to the inherited meta data, such as increasing or reducing word counts. Preparation of the final asset payload often includes automatically completing marketing forms for each channel as well as creating zip files ready to send - often including specific XML-generated documents to enable bulk ingest.
